Sam Memorial Nursing Scholarship
The Sam Memorial Nursing Scholarship supports students pursuing nursing education and honours Sam’s legacy of compassionate care and connection to rural Alberta.
The recipient is selected by Sam’s family.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be pursuing nursing studies and be enrolled in, or accepted to, a recognized nursing program.
Applicants should also demonstrate a connection to rural Alberta.
Application Requirements
Applicants must complete the Sam Memorial Nursing Scholarship Application.
The application includes questions about:
Why you chose nursing
What area of nursing interests you
Your connection to rural Alberta
Applicants must also provide 2 references.
